We took a 26-second bedroom security clip of a man in a towel walking the room and turned it into a short club-style piece. Picture: the original night-vision grey and later warm indoor light were graded into an ultraviolet look — deep violet on the IR section, blue-violet once the lights come on — with a slow white pulse (~0.45 Hz) so the room breathes brighter and dimmer instead of sitting flat. Sound: the original low-quality room audio was replaced with a 235 BPM techno drum bed (kick on every beat, snare on 2 and 4, hats, sub pulse). “4 megahertz” isn’t a usable audio rate, so that became a 4 kHz off-beat tick on a standard 44.1 kHz stereo mix. Result: uv_pulse_techno.mp4 — 1920×1080, H.264 + AAC, same length as the source.
